The Strong Foundation gives you the right order: regulation, structure, body development, internal refinement, and meditative settling — built from the Chow Gar system.

Most people do not lack exercises. They lack the right order. Power attempted before structure is built becomes scattered, stiff, or external. Internal development attempted before the body is strong enough becomes abstract and misunderstood. This path solves both problems by putting the right layers in the right sequence.
Four courses, one coherent development sequence. Each layer prepares the body and the awareness for the next. You do not have to figure out the order — the order is built in.
Each phase prepares the body and awareness for the next.
Most people start with what looks impressive — the harder conditioning, the internal methods, the forms. They skip the regulation layer because it seems too simple. They rush the internal layer because it seems more interesting. The result is training that does not accumulate. What the correct sequence is building is body mechanics — the structural and internal logic that makes Chow Gar power real. Regulation first, then structural conditioning, then deep internal development. Each phase prepares the body for the next. This path is built in the correct sequence because the correct sequence is the only one that works.
The body feels more organised in the morning — less stiff, more available
Training sessions feel less scattered — there is a thread connecting the work
Harder conditioning starts to accumulate rather than drain
Internal methods start to make physical sense rather than remaining conceptual
Chow Gar QiGong is lineage-based, physically demanding, and structurally specific. It is not a relaxation practice. It is not wellness content. It is the internal training methodology of a martial system that has been transmitted directly from Grandmaster Ip Chee Keung's lineage.
Phase 2 of this path — Shaolin Workout — is conditioning work. It builds the martial body: structural strength, conditioned tendons and joints, and the physical endurance that makes the deeper internal practices functional rather than theoretical. Phase 3 requires that body development to be meaningful. If you are looking for gentle breathing exercises, this is not the right path. If you are looking for a method that builds something real, this is exactly what it is.
This is Tung Kong Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis, transmitted from Grandmaster Ip Chee Keung — the Gatekeeper of the lineage. The instructor, Zoltán Bereczki, is a direct student of the lineage, not a secondary interpreter.

What Students Say
“After years of training I can say this is a complete system — not a collection of techniques. The explanations go into the structural logic behind every movement. You start to understand why the body has to be positioned a certain way, why the conditioning work matters, what is actually being built. Nothing is there for decoration. Everything is designed to develop something real.”
