Chow Gar Praying Mantis Kung Fu has many aspects, not just combat, and incorporates a wide variety of exercises which can improve both our physical and mental state.

The closing training session was designed to be a short but very intense practice which can be easily included in anybody’s daily schedule. It stimulates the whole body, muscles, joints, the nervous system and the whole energetic system. The result is astonishing.

We picked the exercises in a way that anyone without any martial art background should be capable of doing and it is a solo training where no equipment needed.
