This course will introduce you to the foundations of the Tung Kong Chow Gar Kung Fu System. You will learn and understand the basic principles and techniques.

Even though this module is marked as a beginner level module, we have to say that this is one of the most important modules we created. The reason for that is we teach very important foundation aspects of this system in this module which are key for success on a long term. As you advance in the program and will have the right understanding, you will realise how important the teachings of this module are. Time by time we definitely recommend you to revisit this module and refresh your knowledge about the foundation principles, like the body shape/frame, stance, and of course the Saam Bo Gin or Three Step Arrow Punch form.

Saam Bo Gin is the first core form of Chow Gar Tong Long. It is so important that we built this first module around this form, everything leads to this through the lessons. The main goal is to give you the essential understanding which is necessary for performing Saam Bo Gin in the right way, which you will achieve by the end of this module.

Most of the practitioners look at Saam Bo Gin as one of the forms, as set of techniques which have to be performed to practice the techniques. Saam Bo Gin is much more than that! We look at it more of the most important Chi Kung exercise which you can possibly learn in martial arts, which teaches you techniques, coordination, builds strength, stamina, iron shirt, etc… When you have a good Saam Bo Gin, you understand something in real Kung Fu.
